Main responsibilities
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) with focus on outcomes and improvement.
- Implement and guide Scrum practices and complementary frameworks (SAFe, Kanban, Lean, OKRs).
- Track and analyze agile metrics (Lead Time, Velocity, CFD, Throughput) to optimize team performance.
- Identify and resolve complex agile dysfunctions and delivery barriers.
- Provide individual and team coaching to strengthen agile maturity.
- Manage conflicts and facilitate collaboration among multiple stakeholders.
- Support initiatives that drive the evolution of our agile culture.
What we’re looking for
- Official Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
- Background in Engineering, Systems, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred, not required).
- Proven experience as a Mid-level Scrum Master in agile environments.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and complementary frameworks (SAFe, Kanban, Lean, OKRs).
- Experience managing and interpreting agile metrics (Lead Time, CFD, Velocity, Throughput).
- Excellent coaching, facilitation, and conflict management skills.
- Intermediate to advanced English level (depending on interaction with global teams).
